The amount of the installment is fixed, the period is fixed, the case is fixed whether the transaction is being made in cash or loan, and there is also a condition that in case of delay in the payment of an installment, no increase shall be charged under any title. If this condition is met at the time of marriage, the whole matter will be invalid.
